OpenGym
$17 per participant
for adults (from 16+)
Whether you are an ex-gymnast wanting to regain past abilities or have always wanted to try out the exciting sport of gymnastics or generally love participating in any sport or activity, we invite you to come along to OpenGym. This 16+ unstructured session is fully supervised by our qualified coaches, who can instruct and assist you, with full use of the gym and the equipment.

GymFit for Adults - Holiday Sessions
$12 per participant per session
A gymnastics-based fitness class for adults, learning the foundations and progressions of gymnastics in a welcoming environment that’s suitable for total beginners and past gymnasts. Any fitness level welcome and both men and woman are invited.
Instructed by one of our gymnastics coaches, this class focuses on cardio, strength, flexibility and skill development through the use of all 4 apparatus in the gym.
A waiting area is available for school aged children, toddlers are welcome in the gym under parent supervision.
