GymFit for Adults
$12 per participant per session
A gymnastics-based fitness class for adults, learning the foundations and progressions of gymnastics in a welcoming environment that’s suitable for total beginners and past gymnasts. Any fitness level welcome and both men and woman are invited.
Instructed by one of our gymnastics coaches, this class focuses on cardio, strength, flexibility and skill development through the use of all 4 apparatus in the gym.
A waiting area is available for school aged children, toddlers are welcome in the gym under parent supervision.

Learn new skills or build on what you know in a 4-day gymnastics program that offers skill development, plenty of fun & time in the gym to practice with our qualified gymnastics coaches. Morning tea is provided.
