We have qualified and experienced gymnastics coaches and have classes for all ages & skill levels, with our athletes following the National Australian Levels Program for Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG). Or choosing a more recreational pathway.

Pre-School ClassesKinderGym
- Packed with activities to develop gross & fine motor skills, through explore-based play, KinderGym classes are designed for children up to age 4 & their care givers to play together in a safe, stimulating & fun environment. GymBugs - For children of Kindergarten age in 2025 - With our accredited gymnastics coaches, your child can learn foundational gymnastics skills & develop a strong foundation for an active life. Our Gym-Bugs will learn balance, coordination and spatial awareness through structured activity & exploration. And make new friends too! GymSkills (homeschool)GymSkills
- For school aged children who don't attend regular school hours (homeschool) - Gymnastics skills based class for children using the gym space & equipment for circuits, fitness, strength & flexibility, and skill development. |
Recreational ClassesFoundation Levels
- For all ages - Start here to learn the fundamental skills & movements for Artistic Gymnastics. Here our students will be introduced to traditional gymnastics apparatus, Balance Beam, Uneven Bars, Vault & Floor. Recreational Classes - For all ages - Build on learned foundations and grow in confidence with Gymnastics skills in our recreational program. Here our students can learn at their own pace in a safe, fun & friendly environment. Keep active with friends & form personal goals. And choose to challenge yourself with optional in-house competitions. Development Classes - Foundation Levels are a pre-requisite for Development Squads - By Invitation only - Our Development Squads are the necessary foundations for progressing into competitive Gymnastics. Here our students are encouraged & supported in learning skills by increasing strength, flexibility, co-ordination & balance in a positive & encouraging environment. |

- For all ages - Recreational classes working a range of skills based on the Women's Artistic Gymnastics skills. Learn and progress your skills through the WAG levels in a more relaxed format where competitions are optional and based on each individuals abilities. Competitive ClassesCompetitive WAG Squads
- By Invitation only - Our athletes in our competitive Women's Artistic Gymnastics Squads are coached in a positive & encouraging environment. They will have the opportunity to excel through personal goals & commitment, learning the required skills, enabling them to compete in State competitions according to the Australian Levels Program. |
